Our goal is to help investors build long-term wealth and passive income streams through a diversified offering of value-add multifamily, self-storage, manufactured home and RV park investments located in growing markets across the U.S.
The deals we fund provide opportunities for investors to preserve capital investments, collect consistent cash distributions, and build equity through future capital appreciation of the assets.
Meet Chris Ford
I knew that real estate was for me after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki at 16, which is why I earned my real estate license right out of high school. During my first two years of college, I sold roughly $10 million in residential real estate and quickly transitioned to commercial real estate while attending the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
I’m an entrepreneur, athlete, and investor who has participated in the acquisition of $340 million in multifamily and mixed-use properties along the West Coast. I always knew I wanted to build a real estate empire, and never looked back after launching my own investment firm.
